Saints Aloud Children’s Choir

IMG_1319 Saints Aloud is All Saints Weston’s children’s choir.

Children aged between 6 and 11 meet for an hour on Saturdays and are introduced, via fun warm-ups, to a varied range of songs. These are often based on Christian themes and are sometimes thoughtful, sometimes more upbeat. They often include solo opportunities and part-singing.

We perform at certain Sunday morning services and the choir is always enjoyed and appreciated by the congregation. Our aim is to encourage the children’s love of singing and create a positive and rewarding musical experience for them.

Our older singers aged 10-14 have begun to join the adult choir and sang at our Service of Nine Lessons and Carols.

In 2015 they will be joining the adults as the treble section of the choir at Choral Evensong in May, July, September and again at Nine Lessons & Carols in December.
